How to Dress for Football Season!

Football season is finally here! And with that being said, we have so many great items in our store to dress for the occasion! Everything from accessories that are great for tailgating, to custom shirts we made in store, and all the adorable spirit wear we have to support our local teams! We have everything to make you look great for those High School Friday Night games, and for the NFL and college games too! We even have super cute little kid spirit wear too! Wear Us… Back to School!

With the first week down for this school year, everyone is trying to figure out what to wear and what NOT to wear. With that being said, I find it’s only appropriate to show everyone some of our great outfits we have that are perfect for this school year, and also to help y’all figure out the best way to accessorize while staying in a decent budget!

Turning one outfit into several outfits! There’s no doubt you need some fun, exciting, and even sometimes some “out there” things in your wardrobe, but it’s also a good idea to have some generic things in your closet that you can change up. The best way to stay in a budget while changing your entire wardrobe is getting things that can go with lots of other things! For instance, I have three solid ruffle tanks (Black, Orange, White) that I wear ALL the time, but I change out the accessories and the camisole or cover-up that I wear with it to give it a different look. Take a look at all the ways you can wear these items below:

Accessorizing is a MUST, and it doesn’t have to be expensive! Yes, sometimes it’s nice to be able to buy a specific necklace to go with a specific outfit, but let’s be honest, it can get a little expensive. What I do is have accessories that can go with all kinds of outfits. I like silver jewelry because it can go with ANYTHING, and a have a couple pieces of gold jewelry, and then I have my multi colored jewelry. By having all of those things it makes it easy to accessorize an outfit, and also it helps you save some money!

For those days you just want to dress casually! For myself personally, I LOVE to dress up. I love to do my makeup, my hair, and put different outfits together. But I also have “lazy” days too, where I don’t want to do much. That doesn’t mean I don’t want to still look cute, I just don’t want to take forever getting ready. Here are a couple outfits we have that are perfect for a casual day:

Dressing to impress! I once heard if you look your best, you feel you’re best which can help you do better when you’re taking a test. I’m not saying this is 100% accurate, but if there’s even a slight chance looking my best will help me do my best on a test, then why not? There are also days it’s just nice to dress up, you know, wear a little more make-up, fix my hair a way I’ve never worn it before or don’t wear it often. Wardrobe MUST haves!

You need to have good staple items. A flattering Silhouette begins with the right underpinnings! Here are a few things you need to have in your wardrobe, these are the things that are going to help make getting ready become easier and less time consuming! 

·      Good tanks are a MUST, because they can go with anything and everything! You can never have too many colors! You can change an ENTIRE outfit by simply changing the color tank you wear.  It’s always a good idea to add a little color to your outfit, and what better way to do that, than by wearing a tank! We have every color you can possibly imagine, and look at the outfits below to see how big of a difference tanks really make!

   Bandeaus are a hot item right now! Everyone is wearing them, and everyone LOVES them! Bandeaus are a great way to hide your bra when you are wearing a backless top and want to add some color in your outfit! Take a look at all the different colors we have!

   A good pair of jeans is essential in your wardrobe. You want a good pair of jeans that you can wear often, and won’t fall apart so don’t pay too much attention to the price tag. Although it may look like a pretty penny upfront, good quality jeans will last you so much longer and they will be so much more flattering. Here are a couple different pairs we have in stock right now!

 

·      Oh no! Your slip is showing! Something that is really big and trending right now are slip extenders! These are great to wear under a dress that is too short, or to wear under a long shirt to make it into a dress! Slip Extenders are so classy, trendy, and a must have in your wardrobe! Look below at how we added slips to some of our outfits!

Staple Jewelry has the power to totally transform an outfit! Jewelry can take a boring outfit and make it look a million times cuter, you don’t need a lot-just a couple good pairs of earrings, and a couple different types of necklaces, and you can even throw in a few bracelets and a few rings too! I typically wear either a simple necklace with large earrings or vice versa. Here are a couple different pieces we have here at the store
